What caught my eye is that Carl talks of squat jumps more as a skill thing (and offers progressions). I never thought of them that way. I would just squat down and jumped without thinking much of my body, knee positioning etc. Now, I would like that someone more competent offers his/her opinio on presented material. Is it worth trying?? It makes sense, at least to me..

Well, from an efficiency standpoint, you'd want every single air squat or squat jump to roughly be the same.

I did about 5 of each and I'm landing in the same place each time. As fatigue sets in though, this will probably get worse and worse.
