Ian Legrow Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Since losoing my job i have not been able to get much when it comes to things that will help me progress (i.e. XR, weighted vests etc.) But thankfully, i have both of them now becasue my birthday, and my familoy. Aside from that, i have a question. I have a 20lb weighted vest now, If i did an l-sit would the affect with a weighted vest be the same as it would with my weighted ankles? Weight on the ankles would test your abdominal compression greater than simply loading extra weight on your torso. The weight vest will add more challenge to keeping your scapula depressed/retracted.
