irongymnast Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 So I'm doing an acrobatic pair with this girl weighing 115lbs.I would like your advice on what to do to protect my spine and lower back during the different kind of lifts etc.When I had access to an oly lifting facility, I guess I would do deadlifts but now I don't have access to it anymore.
