David Birchall Posted February 12, 2012 Share Posted February 12, 2012 I have a really bad pain in the upper part of my palms when I apply pressure on it like when I am doing tuck planche.It came about after I had a day where I did too much planche work and I tried to use my fingers to take some of my weight (stupid I know I should have began with fingertip push ups and L-Sits).Will this go away on its own do you think? I can't hold a tuck planche for any length of time now because my hands just give way. When I try to do it fingers pointing towards me I can't balance.Shall I try it on parallettes?Are there any rehab exercises I could do for this?Cheers,David Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
