Ian Legrow
ALl three of those trigger the biceps more then the tricepts although the triceps are hit hard too. RTO (rings truned out) XR support hold, when done correctly, you feel a lot of strain on the biceps. SO much so that you have to slowly build up to it so as not to get injured in one way or another. PPP on the floor will hit the biceps. IF your fingers are facing backwards it will hit your biceps hard if your fingers are at a 45 degree angle or facing forward it willhit your biceps as well, but not as much as fingers facing backwards. Coach does not recommend facing fingers backward if you are a biginner however.Hope this helps.-Ian
