commodore Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 I've recently developed pain under my right arm. I think it's the external obliques. I can feel it most when doing front lever progressions. Is it possible that I did something wrong? How should I proceed? Are there any stretches that I could do?
