Front lever oblique pain

I've recently developed pain under my right arm. I think it's the external obliques. I can feel it most when doing front lever progressions. Is it possible that I did something wrong? How should I proceed? Are there any stretches that I could do? Should I just ignore it (it's not that bad, I'm just cautious)?

You have simply worked out a little too hard. Take a few days rest and then return to your FL training with either a shorter static hold or a slightly easier FL variation.
