This is the highest difficulty ring routine possible in the new code and i just made it. :D

Carmona - F-0.6

Kip to Victorian -F-0.6

Push to Invert - E-0.5

O'Neill - E-0.5

Front Uprise Victoran -F-0.6

Azaryan Maltese -F-0.6

Van Gelder -E-0.5

Back-uprise Maltese -E-0.5

Stretched Honma to Handstand -D-0.4

Triple Salto Tucked Dismount - F-0.6

Start Value of 18.0

Who do you think anyone can perform this routine?

Considering there are only a handful of people who can do a front uprise to victorian...oh wait..that's called a Rodriguez. Haha anyways, probably not many. I want to be able to do a carmona though after seeing it. I'm not sure what an O'neil is or a Van Gelder.

What is a carmona? COuldn't find anything from youtube :)

azarian to BL press to inverted cross (passing from maltese)

Hmm. Why does that sound like a very un-smooth movement... I mean, azarian cross is so fluid, a simple motion, and this carmona doesn't seem like that.

Carmona is actually BL to inverted cross and not an azaryan roll to inverted cross. :!: So a nice way to do the carmona would be to lower to a back lever from an iron cross and then press to inverted cross.

Van Gelder is a bounce planche and O'neill is a stretched double felge backward swing element. :)

i think this is a carmona at 4.05?? cos the guy is named carmona lol, kinda looks like he does back lever, half second maltese(probably unintended) then invert cross

btw can someone tell or possibly find youtube link of what a van gelder is?

John Dalton already mentioned it, but to be more precise here's the description from the MAG Code of Points 2009: "lower horizontally and slowly to hanging scale rw. and press to swallow (2s.) or from swallow same to planche".

It's in the beginning between 00:05 and 00:07.

Brandon Wynn is my hero. Plus he is 160 lbs. Biggest I have seen a ring specialist yet still insanely strong.

I am at same weight now, but hopping to get 2 kg's off.

Al Asi Ali is even bigger and smaller!

About first post on this topic: probably no one for now. At least not with O'neil and victorian together, seperate maybe but not together. Maybe if you choose straight Honmna instead of O'neil.

Can't find videos of Al Asi Ali on youtube. Gregor are you sure that's the correct name?

Just tipe rings along with his name ("Ali AL ASI rings").
