Alessandro Mainente
hi to everyone, i'm not new to the wrist problems also if i'm doing since i started the GB method the correct warm up for the wrist, the wrist push up etc...i usually stress my wrist in pommel work and also when i'm training for breakdance skill..now i'm in a injury case in wich i've never fallen, usually i write down how i heal from an injury so i can heal in the best way if i injury myself again..but it is not one of the case of my injury log!i feel pain in the side of the wrist when i simulate the handstand position of the wrist!the idea of quit training the breakdance skill or the pommel makes me nervous but if is the solution...the problem is that if i warm up correctly i don't feel pain, so i don't know when the pain comes out!can i use a neutral grip as the pbars to continue training? i don' feel pain on the rings or on the pbars..seems to be that the problem is in the side of the wrist..someone got this problem before me?thanks to all

Alessandro Mainente
thank you..our condition seems to be similar...i can do pull and work on rings or pbar for push or press or pull without problem...but i think is more a bones problem than tendons...
