dacicsak Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 Well, i cant squat because of my calves are tight. My hips are too, but i see improvement in the hips. I always stretch the calves and the hips too.Hips okay, calves are not... My ankle is really really tight...My actual problem is that i cant feel any stretching in my calves when i stretch. But really i tried every kind of stretching. How to achieve that to feel the stretch? should i massage it for myself? i dont know where the triggerpoints are...After that i got the stretch feeling then im on my way to the success! but how i should got the feeling of stretching?
