Christopher Heard
I've recently completed my first SSC and am really pleased with the results so far I have a solid 50 second L-Sit currently, not quite up to 60 seconds just yet. I am curious, however, as to whether it's possible to progress to an advanced L-sit in the same manner as Chin Ups L: tuck, straddle and L.I can't hold a correct advanced L-sit, but I can hold a tucked version (hips level with hands, chest out and back straight!) for a good 15 seconds before failing. Is this a worthwhile way of progressing to the advanced L-sit, or am I better off following Coach's recommendation of incremental gains from L-sit to Advanced? Ian Legrow
This is an interesting question, as it confuses me as well. But with the Back lever i know in the Straddle position you bring your legs closer to make it harder and further away to make it easier. With the advanced l-sit (especially becasue you can only hold the tuck position for 15s) I would say that what you are suggesting is a wonderful idea
