anhkun Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 Im not sure which topic to put this under. Anyway I've recently been getting stretch marks on my biceps about 5-6cms long. I'd think it be due to back lever training with all the stress on the biceps during the exercise? If so.. should i ease up on anything that stresses the bicep?
