MichaelLee Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Would this be healthy to the shoulder girdle?I'm just wondering because I can do this for a few seconds before it hurts my shoulder (muscular pain), but I don't know whether it would be an adequate skill to build because I'm not sure if it would be damaging my shoulder.
