Ian Legrow
If someone wants to incorperate these into their routine, what would they be considered? Pushing correct? I could not think of anything else becasue they are not really core, static, or pulling. So if i was to use this would i use them as a pushing or as a warm up? Blairbob
I think they are generally in the dynamic pushing wods. Check to be sure.
Cole Dano
They are a type of straight arm pressing movement, but just as importantly they are a body line drill. One needs to keep tension in the torso to do them properly, as such they are also a core exercise.
Martin de Jesus Ponce Robaldino
i use them in my workouts, and i love them, i can't do 1x10, but i scaled 2x5, they work great!
Joshua Naterman
I use these as warm up. This is the kind of thing you want to do daily when you can. Add 1 extra day per week every 4-6 weeks with the exact same reps and then take the same slow approach to adding reps. Warm up stuff like this needs to be pretty easy, you don't want to get tired. Then on your real workout days hit them hard. The next day you do them in warm up like always. Focus on perfect form first and foremost.
