Martin de Jesus Ponce Robaldino
hello everybody!well, i'm hee for asking some help.the last week was the last of my first cycle (it last 6 weeks), and yesterday i tested the variations i worked in it.in the cycle i worked and achieved:muscle up on rings-> from 1 rep, to 5 reps in a rowl-sit on floor-> max hold from 20 secs, to 30 secs.transitions from wall handstand to free handstand -> from 30-35 secs, to 65 secs.i focused on working those three excersices because of the rythm that i have on school, and because i tought it was more convenient to work only 3 skills / excersices at once.here i have a question, do you think it's time to integrate training back and front levers to my schedule instead of l-sit?or should i stick a little more time training on l-sit?thanks in advice, sorry for the english, and Greetings from Mexico! Blairbob
If anything do some maintenance work on L-sit every day, a few sets and then add in your lever work.
