low levarege/iso calf oblique work

Question for slizzardman/ other experts. Are there any exercises for building up insane calf, hip, oblique and knee tendons?

Are there any straight arm statics that can be reversed for straight legs for tendons/calfs? what about hip leg tendons and twisting oblique tendons?

Would 2 minute iso hold calf full raise (ballet style) build hypertrophy and tendon strength?

are there ways to build up the hip joints like the gymnastic shoulder joints?
