Alessandro Mainente Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 i have a simple question where i can't found response...the question regards the hspu, now i can do multiple free handstand hspu on the floor, but doing them on the rings with foot near inside the straps (not foot around) seems to be more difficult, in the same movements , in the floor as on the rings, i usually lock the elbows at the end of the movement, and the motion is the same...what muscles are involved on rings and on floor? why on the rings's variation is more difficul?t i don't find big difference between the 2 version Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
