What do you think about my new routine

Recently I discovered that I wasnt as strong as I thought i was and I made up a new routine with basic stuff.Please,give me your oppinion on it.

Warm up - jogging in place and jumping jacks for 5 minutes to get the blood pumped up ,1 minute circles with straight arms -forwards,backwards and sideways,20 seconds shoulder discolates,20 seconds wrist stretch with fingers backwards,20 seconds german hang with undergrip,20 seconds pike stretch,20 seconds split stretch,20 seconds hamstring stretch on every leg.

Rest time between sets is 45 seconds for everything including stretches and fps work.

Monday - FPS work - Normal L-sit on floor or parallel bars - 15 seconds x 4,straddle L with bent knees - 15 seconds x 4;

Korean dips on bar with undergrip 5 reps x 3

Pull-ups behind the neck 5 reps x 3

Clapping push ups 10 reps x 3

Clapping pull ups 5 reps x 3

Pistol squats - 1 rep with each leg x 3

Stretching - Shoulder discolates - 15 seconds x 4,wrist stretching with fingers backwards 15 seconds x 4,pike stretch 15 seconds x 4,butterfly stretch 15 secs x 4 , hamstring stretch 15 secs x 4;

Tuesday - FPS work - HS against wall - back to wall - 15 seconds x 4, 1/2 back lever 10 x 6;

Tuck planche push ups 3 reps x 3

Adv.tuck FL rows 5 x 3

Explosive muscle ups 2 x 3

Box jumping 10 x 3

HLL 5 x 3

Stretching - Shoulder discolates - 15 seconds x 4,wrist stretching with fingers forwards 15 seconds x 4,split stretch 15 secs x 4 , hamstring stretch 15 secs x 4,german hang 15 secs x 4;

Wednesday - FPS work - HS against wall - back to wall - 15 seconds x 4, Normal L-sit on floor or parallel bars - 15 seconds x 4;

False grip muscle up on PU bar 2 x 3

Wrist push ups on knees 5 x 3

RLL in headstand 5 x 3

Pistol squats - 1 rep with each leg x 3

Stretching - Shoulder discolates - 15 seconds x 4,wrist stretching with fingers backwards 15 seconds x 4,pike stretch 15 seconds x 4,split stretch 15 secs x 4,german hang 15 secs x 4;

Thursday - FPS work - tucked planche 15 x 4,adv.tucked FL 15 x 4 ;

Pullover 5 x 5

Dips - planche tucked 2 x 3

Hamstring curls 10 x 3

Wrist push ups on knees 5 x 3

explosvie muscle ups 2 x 3

Stretching - Doorframe stretch - 15 seconds x 4,wrist stretching with fingers forwards 15 seconds x 4,Leg kicks forward 15 seconds x 4,Legs kick sideways stretch 15 secs x 4 , hamstring stretch 15 secs x 4;

Friday - Fps work - HS against wall 15 seconds x 4 , 1/2 back lever 10 x 6;

false grip muscle ups rings 1 x 3

Saturday - fps work - Normal L-sit on floor or parallel bars - 15 seconds x 4,straddle L with bent knees - 15 seconds x 4;

Adv.tuck FL rows 5 x 3

Explosive muscle ups 2 x 3

Box jumping 10 x 3

Stretching - Shoulder discolates - 15 seconds x 4,wrist stretching with fingers backwards 15 seconds x 4,pike stretch 15 seconds x 4,butterfly stretch 15 secs x 4 , hamstring stretch 15 secs x 4;

Sunday - FPS work - HS against wall - back to wall - 15 seconds x 4;

Explosive muscle ups 2 x 3

Wrist push ups 5 x 3

Pistol squats 1 x 3

RLL in headstand 5 x3

Stretching - Shoulder discolates - 15 seconds x 4,wrist stretching with fingers backwards 15 seconds x 4, one leg at time in the air forward stretch 15 seconds x 4,One leg at time in the air sideways stretch 15 secs x 4 ;

Please tell me what do you think about my training routine and tell me if you dont like something about it.

P.S. Also I can add some fingertip push ups but I think theyr not so neccessery what do you think about it?

Sure add in some fingertip pushups if you like.

I think instead of just doing 1 rep of pistol squats, you should scale down and do an easier progression that will allow you 3-5 reps.

7 days a week. Try it and see if it's doable. Most of us like a light or rest day but who knows. Sometimes you have to find things out for yourself.
