Ian Legrow Posted August 23, 2011 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Is there anywhere in the country that offers serious adult gymnastics lessons. Like, i am jsut curious. I have come to the conclusion that there are none in dallas. Although i would like someon giving me hands on instruction, apparently only little kids in dallas are taught. That's ok though. If you mean high-level, then you may need to find a coach and get time at a facility.But if you mean a place where you train with other beginner-intermediates, and can be as serious as you like,then there are. Is it essential? Certainly not. I think it's most helpful with form stuff, getting feedback and suggestions of course.Ask your local gymnastic facilities if they have a teen class.
