Scott Kane
Any other sufferers out there? Seems like since I've started practicing handstands and straight body movements (levers) more, my back hasn't been so pleased. I think the core stability that can be built by these moves will be helpful for my condition, but I need to be careful not to overdo things.Any tips, tricks, or advice. I've had mine for ~4 years now. I try to do mobility drills atleast every other day. I'm also careful to warmup prior to training. I've read through Stuart McGill's Ultimate Back Fitness and incorporate a few of the movements in my warmup--primarily the cat-camel. Everything else seems like it gets hit with the gymnastic training (curl up, side bridge, plank, bird dog, etc.)A link to the exercises can be seen here: http://www.acefitness.org/pdfs/LowBackStabilization.pdf
