Ian Legrow Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Ok, so here is something i have been wondering for a while but kept forgetting to answer. o See some people doing workouts and then doing their joint stretches afterwward. For example, in a lot of the WOD's it says perform 2x10 wrist pushups or 2x10 bridge wall walks, but at the end of the other stuff. i do all my joint prep before i workout...shoudl i also do it afterward? Many people following the WOD may be following it in minimalist fashion and thus getting some mobility work at the end. I generally do most of this stuff daily within reason.
