Bradmelon
Alright, I'm just wondering how to build up to full range handstand pushups quickly without hurting myself. I mean, Coach Sommer wrote someplace that you should find where you're comfortable in the range of motion and add an inch each month. At the moment, it looks like it'll take me 6-7 months to achieve it. I can one ugly full range rep, but doing sets of 1 reps isn't really helping me much. Would you say isometrics would be the fastest way to improve without hurting myself?
Blairbob
I really don't think there is ONE fastest way. It sort of depends on where the individual is. GTG can work.

Paul Gray
This is something i have also been struggling with for a while. If the most important thing to me strength wise was improving this (HeSPU / HSPU), what would be the best way to develop it - either through the WOD's (doing a full shoulder session once every 11 days) or through a KillRoy type workout -working on it twice a week, say monday and thurs? Will i see the greatest strength gains in all areas through doing the WOD's?
