Planche and wod

Coach, in the beginning I follow coach Sommer wod template just like BtGB recommendation, and then I switch to this site wod.

While following wod I want to progress my planche faster,right now I can hold adv tuck plank for 10s.

My question is....how do I put my planche training while I'm following coach wod here.

If I train planche before wod,I just feel I lost a lot my energy when doing wod.

Or should I train in another time in a day?

Splitting a SteadyStateCycle and the GB WOD can work pretty good if you have the time and inclination. Otherwise, finish your SSC before doing the WOD.
