Greetings,

I would like to hear some core routines/circuits for beginners

Right now I am doing the following core workouts:

60 seconds of plank

60 seconds reverse plank

60 seconds hollow

60 seconds arch hold

Dip hang on chairs 1 min

Russian twist 50

Push up plank 2 min

Ball push up plank 1 min

Wheel x 30
