Mark Bernacchi Posted July 5, 2011 Share Posted July 5, 2011 Starting next week I will be working 60+ hours a week and taking two classes at night, so clearly there won't be much time for training without compromising sleep and I refuse to do that . This will only last three weeks so I was just wondering what you guys think would be the best way for me to at least maintain strength or even progress a little. I was thinking just working on FSPs and Ido's shoulder routines, but would love to have more structure.Currently I am in the 6th week of a Killroy inspired beginner routine because I jumped into the WODs too fast in February and had some elbow trouble.Thanks!
