AlexX Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 When you can easily press your hips a significant amount away from your arms while keeping your back flat. There will come a point where you can press your hips far enough away that to keep pressing them you'll feel that you need to raise the legs as you press. Just remember that it's not a sudden raise of the legs, the more you are able to press forward the more you raise your legs.
