hand position : supinate,paraller or pronate

hi All

I would like to have a tips about how would be the best hand position for BW Row and BW pulling exercice (chin-up,pull-up,etc)

in order to archive the maximum muscles activation during these above exercices.

They're mostly the same for most of the muscles used in each exercise, the only differences would be in the biceps and forearms. However, the angle of your elbows will make a difference. That's from grip widths for the most part, like wide or narrow.
