jacob Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 I currently own a Yoga video, an excellent yoga video actually, called Yoga X, and I have a stretching video which is an hour long and stretches the whole body, its called Stretch X. Its from the fitness program i just finished called p90x. Would it be okay for me to keep using the yoga and stretching while doing gymnastic training? I was thinking of doing them 2 or 3 times a week. Or should I go about stretching some other way and leave out the yoga all together. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
