Yoga and Stretching DVD's

I currently own a Yoga video, an excellent yoga video actually, called Yoga X, and I have a stretching video which is an hour long and stretches the whole body, its called Stretch X.

Its from the fitness program i just finished called p90x.

Would it be okay for me to keep using the yoga and stretching while doing gymnastic training? I was thinking of doing them 2 or 3 times a week. Or should I go about stretching some other way and leave out the yoga all together.

Probably fine for post workout stretching or some warmups. Hard to say without knowing how much time you are spending or what movements are being done.
