newguy5000 Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 If i can't do an inverted pull up or curl would the correct substitution be to begin with simply hanging inverted with a bit of assistance for time and then when i can do that strongly try to begin partials of inverted dips?I can hang inverted ok if i put my XR rings on my power rack and rest my feet lightly on the bar i do pull ups on.
