After reading the book and loking at a few people online, some people recommend, with staic positions, you do 6x10s. If thats the case, thats fine. But with every staic hold (front lever tuck, advanced bl tuck, advanced frog stand, straddle l-tuck) i have been doing 3x30s. Is this bad? Am i doing an unessicary amount of work, or is it good becasue i am making sure i am able to do them solidly for a long time before i progress.
