quad6 Posted May 14, 2011 Share Posted May 14, 2011 I've found the greasing the groove technique very helpful and want to continue using it - alternating between pull-ups, chin-ups and push-ups.Is it o.k to Grease the Groove for a specific exercise (generally 3+ times a day, 5 days a week), while still performing a gtgb workout 3 times a week?I'm just a bit concerned about overloading my shoulders or something.
