slpm1994 Posted May 11, 2011 Share Posted May 11, 2011 What i did was i did pseudo pushups till i could do 15 with good form and worked on my frog stand, tuck, advanced tuck until i could hold each position for 30 seconds with perfect form. then once i got to straddle, i did pushups with the tuck and then advanced tuck positions. learning the planche takes a loooooong time regardless of your current abilities. i also noticed you posted this a couple of months ago, have you improved since then?
