kymel Posted May 4, 2011 Share Posted May 4, 2011 I been going on and off on my straddle stretch just because i fear i haven't been doing enough strenching in other areas like now when i stretch i do forward bend, side splits and switch legs after awhile. the one thing thats been bugging me is when i get out of a straddle split stretch my hips seem sway back and forth, does anybody know why?
