Will doing exercises on XR make the same exercises easier on non ring/suspension equipment? XR FL to a pull up bar FL, dips on XR making dips on PB easier? Thanks

Daniel

It depends on the element.

In general, elements where you are below the rings are the same or easier, more comfortable, however elements where you are above the rings are much more challenging. Simple examples, a ring support is much harder than a pb support, and an inverted support is somewhat harder on pb. A ring dip is much harder than a PB dip, and a ring pull-up is somewhat easier than on a bar, this is because the rings a free to turn allowing a more natural movement in the wrist, elbow, shoulder.
