Stretching Program

hi there all,

im sorry if this has been answered, which im sure it has... but is there a specific stretching program that should be conducted separate to workouts?

I remember reading coach or someone saying that a full half hour stretch session should be done once a week (or more for advanced)... but unfortunately i have read so much these past few weeks its been a battle to find stuff to refer back to!

Does anyone have a video or can point me in the direction of a specific stretch workout that is a must for beginning :) ?
