nikosg Posted April 16, 2011 Share Posted April 16, 2011 hi there all,im sorry if this has been answered, which im sure it has... but is there a specific stretching program that should be conducted separate to workouts? I remember reading coach or someone saying that a full half hour stretch session should be done once a week (or more for advanced)... but unfortunately i have read so much these past few weeks its been a battle to find stuff to refer back to!
