Fanatic Posted April 11, 2011 Share Posted April 11, 2011 So whenever I hold a straddle l, my hamstrings tend to cramp up very often...is this because of lack of flexibility or strength in my hamstrings?...and I can hold a l sit for 60 seconds already...thanks.
