UpontheHill
I stretch every single day and I have nearly a full bridge (legs only slightly bent) and a complete pike where my entire torso is lying on my legs and I don't feel much pull in my hammys any more, but when I sit in a straddle my hips simply refuse to rotate forward and my back rounds. If I place blanket approx 2" thick my pelvis will then rotate forward.I also do kneeling lunge stretches and the lizard stretch where my stomach nearly touches the ground as well as the cossack stretch. Also my box split is about 10in from the ground and both of my front splits are about 5in.But I have hit a wall with the straddle and being able to even begin a pancake stretch is a no go.I was wondering what else should I be doing so I can sit upright in my straddle and start working on the pancake? Are there stretches I am forgetting or not doing? Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you need more info just ask Thank you
