I'm experiencing some heavy doms in the pec region. Funny thing is, that I can't really place the cause of it.

Did 5 dislocates in ring the other day, first time at the skill. Can this really be the cause? :)

As this was your first exposure to dislocates, the probablity that they are the cause of the DOMS is very strong.

Definitely, I feel a crazy pec stretch when I work on these with bands or rope. I can't even imagine doing that hanging on the rings!!!

I'm quite sure he means dislocates as in low giant ring swing. ;) What you're thinking of would be a slow inlocate and yes, they would require quite a bit of flexibility.
