Daniel Jorgensen
I'm experiencing some heavy doms in the pec region. Funny thing is, that I can't really place the cause of it.Did 5 dislocates in ring the other day, first time at the skill. Can this really be the cause? Coach Sommer
As this was your first exposure to dislocates, the probablity that they are the cause of the DOMS is very strong.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
Joshua Naterman
Definitely, I feel a crazy pec stretch when I work on these with bands or rope. I can't even imagine doing that hanging on the rings!!!
Svend
Definitely, I feel a crazy pec stretch when I work on these with bands or rope. I can't even imagine doing that hanging on the rings!!!I'm quite sure he means dislocates as in low giant ring swing. What you're thinking of would be a slow inlocate and yes, they would require quite a bit of flexibility.
