Guest Valentin Posted August 21, 2008 Share Posted August 21, 2008 HiAt a coaching course i attended recently the presenter was an Aerobics coach, and she said that in their conditioning they have fall to push up and explode up to standing. Now at the time i didn't really click on to what she had just said, but thinking about now, i can see that she either didn't explain the exercises fully or i miss understood...
