Joshua Beeston Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 In regards to the L-Hang as the prerequisite for the front lever, should it be performed with a pull up grip or chin up grip? I've been doing it with a pull up grip with good results, but today I tried with a chin up grip and felt it severely in my shoulders, I think due to a lack of flexibility.
