As an example would I do (1) 10 second static hold followed immediatly by a corrisponding FBX and call that (1) set? Or do I do all of my static hold sets for one exercise then do my prescribed sets for the corrisponding FBX? Any advice or examples would be very appreciated. The "Integrated Training" topic I am speaking of is found on pg 178 of BtGB.
