I was reading one of Coach Sommer's old articles on T-Nation about using weights to help build strength for the iron cross. I started playing around with a few movements using this same concept. I KNOW THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL IDEA. But I couldn't find many videos on many of the movements that you could use weights to help gain strength for. So I'm doing a video series on it.
