Like if it's a 28 day cycle, maybe the first month is overload, second month is acclimated, and the 3rd month is underload...then you up the progressions? Or do you just keep upping the progressions to max out on the last rep of the specified rep count Coach provides?Not upping progressions anytime soon, but just wondering out loud.J Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
