Peter Princi
I see lots of posts on beginner questions. But I'm still confused. Where does one start? Go to the most recent WOD and have at it? What is you can't do it? Use the book to pick something close that might be easier and substitute? Sorry if this is a dumb question.Pete :?:
Cole Dano
There are two main ways to get started, the WOD being considered best. There is also the Kilroy70 approach, which has a regular programing, of complementary push and pull movements in the same plane, changing planes each workout. With the WODs you can start any time you want, its a continuous 30 day cycle. Some like, like myself like to run a few days behind to know what to plan for ahead of time.In either case you can scale to your hearts content. If any of the compound movements in a WOD are beyond your current ability then you can even break it into it component parts and scale them.
