WOD - no tempo listed

So question, there is a WOD from the first week of January that lists:

5 Russian Dips

10 PB Dips

15 Swinging Dips

20' L-Sit Walks

If no tempo is listed, should I just assume 3-1-3? Or should I just do them as fast as I can in good form, without a controlled ascent/descent? Obvs doing 5 XR Dips fast is much less taxing than 5-1-5, or am I missing something?

Do it controlled and good technique.. if no tempo listed than there is no tempo. if its easy put tempo or add weight but do not do both.
