Gerald Mangona Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 So question, there is a WOD from the first week of January that lists:5 Russian Dips10 PB Dips15 Swinging Dips20' L-Sit WalksIf no tempo is listed, should I just assume 3-1-3? Or should I just do them as fast as I can in good form, without a controlled ascent/descent?
