Advice on training schedule

I am new to this forum,

I have been strength training for about ten years and recently bought some rings and have all but dropped the barbell in favour of bodyweight exercises.here is my training schedule.i would appreciate some experienced feedback and advice .

soft tissue work

joint prep

warm up

DAY 1

Barbell step up

hspu

pull up

ring dip or pb weighted dip

invert row

ring hold

DAY 2

l sit

frogstand

back lever

flyes/jacknife

l straddle

hspu

DAY 3

Barbell step up

muscle up

hspu

paralette work(l sit to handstand)

incline push up

DAY 4 same as 2

DAY 5 same as 1

DAY 6 same as 2 and so on.
