Advice on getting started - programming

I know this must get asked a lot but i have put together what i feel follows the principles of building the gymnastic body, i would just like to be sure i am doing it correctly. Does the following seem appropriate? Any advice will be appreciated.

the tempo i shall perform the exercises is 3 sec up 1 sec pause and 3 secs down

Monday:

Planche hold 4x15sec –Rest45

Bulgarian ring press up 3x5 –Rest2mins

Front lever tuck 3x25sec –Rest45

Front lever row 3x5 –Rest2mins

Straddle L 4x15sec –Rest45

V-up 3x5 –Rest2mins

Deck squat 3x5—Rest2MIN

Hand stand wall runs for 20mins

Tuesday:

Back lever 4x15sec –R45

Hand stand negatives 3x5 –R2min

Front lever 3x25sec –R45

Inverted chin 3x5 –R2min

L-sit 3x20sec –R45

Hanging leg raise 3x5 –R2min

Glute ham raise –R2min

Thursday:

Front lever 3x25sec –R45

Ring dips 3x5 –R2mins

Back lever 4x15sec –R45

L-chins 3x5 –R2mins

Bk ext 3x5 –R2min

Single leg squat 3x5 –R2min

Friday:

L-sit 3x20sec –R45

V-up 3x5 –R2min

Straddle-l 4x15sec

Hanging leg raise 3x5 –R2min

Back lever tuck 4x15sec

Front lever row 3x5 –R2min

Front lever tuck 3x25secs

Squat jumps 3x10

Double jumps 1x10 Rest 10X TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE SET

Tuck jumps 2x5

Side to side jumps 1x10
