Wesley1985
Hello,My question is what are the benefits from back levers and front levers it build good core strength i think but are there more benefits? Also if you can do them does it help with power lifting like squat / deadlift etc. Also if i can do them what then? shall i do them weighted? Thanks in advance for all the answersGreets Wesley. Philip Chubb
Both sides of the shoulder are also strengthened as well as the core. They will also increase your deadlift and squat. Especially the back lever for your deadlift. When you get good at them, you can do them weighted as well as things like go from front lever to back lever and back and forth. Hope that helped. David Picó García
Pulling strength gets greatly increased with front lever exercises, your chin and pull ups numbers will grow without doing one pullup.
