Nic Scheelings Posted June 19, 2008 Share Posted June 19, 2008 Hi all,I want to obtain a decent straddle L-sit but am finding my flexibility is my limiting factor. I can straddle to a decent width on the floor but when in this position i find it very hard to lean forward and do a "pancake" stretch. This is an area of my flexibility that has really not improved much compared to my hamstrings, any strategies and tips would be much appreciated.Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
