Guest ilove2workout28
I'm TRULY going to start working on wall handstands/handstand pushups, but I want to see a video of the EXACT method of stomach to wall handstand push ups. 1. Is it ONLY feet/toes that touch the wall?2. What is the best/most effective hand position to do them?3. How to tighten and keep my body in a perfect straight line? I want to make sure I'm doing everything correctly so I can progress to freestanding handstand pushups. ThanksDaniel

Blairbob
1. instep of both feet near toes or just tip of big toe or 2nd toe. 2. I prefer the hands turned slightly out so the web of the thumb and 2nd finger faces forward. 3. rotate hips under with pelvic tilt, squeeze buttcheeks. this is integral to staying hollow.
