Negative HeSPU

Ive read that when training the negative portions of exercises (like muscle ups), you should continue sticking with the negative until you can go as slowly as 30 seconds to complete the negative. So my question is would it be beneficial to continue working negative HeSPUs up to a 30 second negative (descent) even if you are capable of doing the full motion?

Yes. There's no reason to ditch concentric work, but working on that slow negative will almost certainly enhance your HeSPU strength.
